All U.S. Economy orders should arrive within 5 to 8 business days.
We’re a small business that packages each and every order by hand. While we try our darnedest to ship orders out within 24-48 hours of receipt, we promise it will be worth the wait—even if you happen to get your items towards the end of that timeframe! Please note that we do not package or ship items over weekends or on holidays.
Sorry, but we cannot promise to change any orders once we’ve had our hands on them.
We’re generally super nice people who are extremely accommodating, but no… we cannot cancel any orders.
We do not ship internationally for now.
Hey, neighbor! We sure do.
At checkout, choose “local pickup” for your shipping method, and reach out to us via email to arrange things. We’d love to have you swing by the farm for local pickup.
We love a good deal and are glad you do too! Coupons can be applied at checkout. From your shopping cart, advance to checkout. On the righthand side—along with items in your cart—you will see an area to apply a discount code.
Unfortunately, only one coupon can be applied to each order. Save the extras for a rainy day!
Visit the Accessories & Gifts page and choose your amount. All gift cards are digital and arrive electronically within a few hours. Don’t fear if you can’t find it in your inbox; just check your spam folder.
Because of the nature of personal care products, all sales are final, non-returnable, and not available for refund. We do not accept returns for any reason.
Unfortunately, we can’t help with any issues that might occur once we hand your package over to USPS.
In the rare instance that you have issues with the shipment of your order, please contact USPS directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and they will not be refunded or exchanged. We do not accept returns for any reason.
What’s better than a party? A party with goat milk soap bar favors! We love making custom bars for baby showers, weddings, gift bags, and more.
For the perfect touch to any event, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that we need 6 to 8 weeks notice for a fundraiser, as our soaps must cure for 4 weeks. Good things come to those who wait!
Yes! We love supporting teams, schools, groups, and more with our soap selling. Please reach out if you are interested and remember that we need 6 to 8 weeks notice for a fundraiser, as our soaps must cure for 4 weeks. Good things come to those who wait!

We’ve got loads of happy customers who find our soaps to be the perfect solution for their widely varied skin conditions, including eczema, acne, sensitive skin, and psoriasis. While we cannot offer medical advice and always suggest referring to your doctor, we can tell you that goat milk soap has proven to be helpful for a range of skin ailments.
Sorry, but we do not offer any classes.
You’d be surprised by how complicated and technical the soap making process is, and it wouldn’t be safe for us to make soap in a class setting.
Yes! In addition to soap, one of our big passions at Hope Hill Farm is showing, breeding, and selling goats. We have an active and award-winning performance herd, which participates in linear appraisal, milk-testing, ADGA-sanctioned shows, and in 4-H settings.
We’d love to share our herd with those interested in expanding theirs. To learn more, give us a shout at email@example.com.
For bio-security reasons, we do not allow farm visits, except for special and pre-approved reasons. (That’s just a fancy way of saying we don’t want to risk any outside germs making our animals sick.)
